Thanks for the help--I have used you guys 3 times over the last 8or 9 years and when you stayed late on saturday (so I could get my new bulb) not only was I grateful but I was kind of shocked that a company would still do that for a customer--thanks again--each time the experience gets a little better.

Thanks you guys Our tv went out and was under warranty. We called around and found that the only repair center in town with a special truck to carry our 50 in. plasma was robs. Tony answered our 1st contact call and was very knowledgeable, he quoted us a price over the phone, set up a pick up and had our tv in their shop in under 24 hours. They dealt with the repair and had our tv back safe and sound in the timeframe quoted and the price quoted. You guys are great thanks so much!!
